It seems strange that certain political parties and biased Media are ignoring the provisions of Indian constitution which provides a Parliamentary System of Democracy and not Presidential Form of Democracy
Accordingly after the parliamentary elections only elected MP's are authorized to choose their leader by majority vote who becomes Leader of the House, Prime Minister and forms his cabinet on confirmation of the president, oath is taken and Govt. is formed.
Prior to Parliamentary elections how a PM is nominated by certain political Parties and impose that person PM condidate on the people and imposing such person on the common people and enfluencing the electoral process against the spiritit of the constitution.
Is the country moving towards Presidential Form of Democracy. Then the constitution should be changed first by the Parliament.
यह देखकर आश्चर्यजनक लगता है कि कतिपय राजनैतिक दल और पक्षधर मीडिया देश के संविधान के विरुद्ध काम कर रहे हैं। जो संसदीय चुनाव होने के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री का मनोनयन कर प्रचार प्रसार कर रहे हैं। हमारे संविधान में संसदीय लोकतंत्र की सीमा निर्धारित की गई है जिसके अंतर्गत संसदीय चुनाव के पश्चात बहुमत प्राप्त पार्टी के संसद सदस्य अपने नेता का चुनाव करते हैं जो संसद का नेता होता है और प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में अपने मंत्रिमंडल के साथ राष्ट्रपति द्वारा शपथ लेता है। कई दूसरे देशों में चुनाव के पूर्व राष्ट्रपति का मनोनयन किया जाता है जहां का संविधान हमारे संविधान से अलग् है।
क्या हमारा देश उसी रास्ते पर चल पड़ा है। यदि ऐसा है तो पहले संविधान को बदलें।
